John Phillip Couch pled guilty to the felony offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver-Drug Free Zone, Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 40 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
