Johnny Sauceda pled guilty to the felony offense of Continuous Violence Against the Family and was sentenced to 7 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Tommi Deann Miller pled guilty to the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Miller pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Forgery and was sentenced to 8 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
Ashley Monique Pruett Montemayor pled guilty to the felony offense of Forgery and was sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
