Robert Calbert Walker, on probation for the felony offense of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity-Manufacture of Controlled Substance over 400 Grams, was adjudicated and sentenced to 19 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Lekurt Kwame Fisher, on probation for the felony offense of Sexual Assault of a Child, was adjudicated and sentenced to 18 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Anthony Aguirre pled guilty to the felony offenses of Sexual Assault of a Child and Assault Against Public Servant and was sentenced to 9 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division in each case.

Daniel Christopher Ballejo, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone, was revoked and sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Jarrod Cook aka Jared Cook pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentences to 20 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division. Further, Cook, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was revoked and sentenced to 20 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Michael Joe Somerville, on probation for the felony offense of Theft Under $20,000 – Tubing, Rods, Wire, or Cable, was adjudicated and sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Justin Kirkpatrick pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle and was sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Gary Dwayne Tilley, on probation for the felony offense of Theft of Service, was revoked and sentenced to 9 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
