David Henry Bivins pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 15 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Bivins pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Evading Arrest and was sentenced to 18 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
Scott Dale Ray Hays, on probation for the felony offense of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon, was adjudicated and sentenced to 15 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
