David Henry Bivins pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 15 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Bivins pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Evading Arrest and was sentenced to 18 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Scott Dale Ray Hays, on probation for the felony offense of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon, was adjudicated and sentenced to 15 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Hays pled guilty to the felony offenses of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon and Assault Family Violence Occlusion and was sentenced to 13 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division in the Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon case and to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division on the Assault Family Violence Occlusion charge.

Jared Robert Jones pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Sandra Roxanne Perkins, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, was adjudicated and sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Clifford Young pled guilty to the felony offense of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Faustino Ortega, on probation for the felony offense of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon, was adjudicated and sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Quan James Hawthorne, on probation for the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation with Commission of Felony, was adjudicated and sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further Hawthorne pled guilty to the felony offense of Assault Family Violence-Enhanced and was sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Jacqueline Lea Valdez pled guilty to the felony offense of Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information and Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division in each case.  Further, Valdez pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Theft-Enhanced and was sentenced to 13 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Ralph Roger Campbell pled guilty to the felony offense of Forgery and was sentenced to 9 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Adrian Cortez, on probation for the felony offense of Evading Arrest, was adjudicated and sentenced to 7 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Cortez, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Unauthorized Use of Vehicle, was adjudicated and sentenced to 20 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.  Also, Cortez pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Theft-Enhanced and was sentenced to 20 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Damien Lee Estrada, on probation for the felony offense of Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence, was adjudicated and sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Estrada pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity-Theft Aggregated and was sentenced to 15 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Timothy Ryan Baker, on probation for two separate felony offenses of Indecency with a Child was revoked and sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division in each case.

Jessica Galloway AKA Jessica Smyrl AKA Jessica Mae Carroll AKA Jessica Bobo, pled guilty to two separate felony offenses of Burglary of a Building and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division in each case.

Travis Wayne Gossett pled guilty to the felony offenses of Driving While Intoxicated and Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Tracy Kunkel, on probation for the felony offense of Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, was revoked and sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Latasha Roberson pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Jose Sandoval pled guilty to two separate state jail felony offenses of Theft over $1500 under $20,000 and was sentenced to 13 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division in each case.

Matthew Curtis McCrary, on probation for the felony offense of Credit Card Abuse was revoked and sentenced to 10 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
