Lorenzo Villareal pled no contest to the felony offense of Continuous Sexual Abuse of Young Child or Children and was sentenced to 28 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Jeffery Hamill pled guilty to the felony offense of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child and was sentenced to 25 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Dusty Luttrell pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to 25 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Luttrell pled guilty to the state jail felony offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Evading Arrest and was sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Larry Anthony Livingston pled guilty to the felony offenses of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity and Burglary of a Habitation and was sentenced to 12 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division in each case.

Modesta Nicole Bilbrey Perrie, on probation for the felony offense of Manufacture of a Controlled Substance – 200 grams or more but less than 400 grams, a lesser included offense, was revoked and sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Perrie pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 16 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Jacqueline Lea Valdez pled guilty to the felony offenses of Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information and Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 10 Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further Valdez pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Theft-Enhanced and was sentenced to 13 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Jason Matthew Inglet, on probation for the felony offenses of Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Theft – Enhanced, was revoked and sentenced to 7 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further Inglet pled guilty to the felony offense of Theft-Enhanced and was sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Jessica Wheat, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone, was adjudicated and sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Michael Johnson pled guilty to two separate felony offenses of Theft over $1500 under $20,000 and was sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division in each case.

Jerry Doyle Marney pled guilty to the felony offenses of Burglary of a Habitation and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by Felon and was sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division in each case.

Jessica Smyrl aka Jessica Mae Carroll aka Jessica Bobo pled guilty to two separate offenses of Burglary of a Building and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division in each case.

Juan Estevan Lara, on probation for the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated, was revoked and sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Tracy Bishop, on probation for the felony offense of Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence, was revoked and sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Bishop, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was revoked and sentenced to 20 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Daniel Freeman pled guilty to the felony offense of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender and was sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Cody Shane Allred pled guilty to the felony offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver – Drug Free Zone and Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence and was sentenced to 3 years, Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Marlana Gomez, on probation for the felony offense of Assault Against Public Servant was revoked and sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
