Terry Len Beason pled no contest to the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated and was sentenced to 25 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Joshua Dale Allcorn pled guilty to the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation and was sentenced to 11 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
John Bailey Carney pled no contest to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Clayton Shea Peters pled guilty to the felony offense of Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Catherine Armstrong pled guilty to the felony offense of Injury to a Child and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Armstrong pled guilty to the felony offense of Abandoning or Endangering a Child and was sentenced to 18 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.Nathan Brian Castaneda pled guilty to the felony offenses of Assault Family Violence – Occlusion and Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon and was sentenced to 9 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further Castaneda pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Endangering a Child and was sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
Helen Marie Williams, on probation for the felony offenses of Sexual Assault and Indecency with a Child, was adjudicated and sentenced to 8 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Williams pled guilty to the felony offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Roy Don Andrews pled guilty to two separate felony offenses of Driving While Intoxicated and was sentenced to 7 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division in each case.
Eustaquio Alamazan Gonzales, on probation for the felony offense of Assault Family Violence – Enhanced, was revoked and sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
