Luis Medina pled guilty to the felony offenses of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Unlawful Possession o f Firearm and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division in each case.
Chris Michael Hoffman pled guilty to the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Hoffman, on probation for the felony offense of Criminal Mischief was adjudicated and sentenced to 1 year, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
