District Attorney Micheal Murray reports that several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.

Lisa Annette Weaver pled guilty to the felony offense of Fraud and was sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further Weaver, on probation for the felony offense of Credit Card Abuse was revoked and sentenced to 6 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Charles Edward Conner, on probation for the felony offense of Child Pornography was revoked and sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Stanley Moses Skinner, on probation for the felony offense of Assault-Occlusion was revoked and sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Jesse James Brock pled guilty to the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Brock, on probation for the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation, was adjudicated and sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Robert Brian White, on probation for the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation was adjudicated and sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Samuel Delapaz pled guilty to the felony offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Dawn Michelle Bowman, on probation for the felony offense of Forgery, was adjudicated and sentenced to 10 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Wayman Middlebrooks pled guilty to the felony offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
