Noah Ortega pled guilty to the felony offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 5 years Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Juan Luna Rodriguez, on probation for the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated, was revoked and sentenced to 5 years Texas Department Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Adrian David pled guilty to the felony offenses of Delivery of Marijuana-Drug Free Zone and Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 2 years Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division in each case.
Larry Ray Caperton pled guilty to the felony offense of Burglary of a Building and was sentenced to 20 Months Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
