Brown County District Attorney Micheal Murray reported that several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.

Oscar Mario Escobar pled guilty to the felony offense of Money Laundering and was sentenced to 25 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Olager Franco Delacruz pled guilty to the felony offenses of Intoxication Manslaughter and was sentenced to 17 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division and Intoxication Assault and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Delacruz, defendant pled guilty to the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Terrie Hutchinson, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, was revoked and sentenced to 7 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Brian Bernard Willin, on probation for the felony offense of Stalking, was revoked and sentenced to 7 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Monica Rene Sanford pled guilty to the felony offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver-Drug Free Zone and Prohibited Weapons-Weapons Free School Zone and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division in each case.

Hermanda K. Nixon, on probation for the felony offense of Tampering with Governmental Record, was adjudicated and sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Antonio James Cruz pled guilty to two separate felony offenses of Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division in each case.

Damon Rayburn pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Rayburn on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver was adjudicated and sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Heather Lea Mackey pled guilty to the felony offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone and Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Mackey pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Delivery of a Simulated Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 18 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Paul Martin Salinas, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone, was revoked and sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Steven Mack Patton pled guilty to the felony offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Robert Wayne Bearden, pled guilty to the felony offense of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender and was sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Mary Denise Sorrells Johnson pled guilty to the felony offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance and was sentences to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Rheana Renee Hurst pled guilty to the felony offense of Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information and was sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Ray Lynn Leinbaugh pled guilty to the felony offense of Theft-enhanced and was sentenced to 9 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
