District Attorney Micheal Murray reported that several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.

Bernardo Reyna aka Bernard Reyna pled guilty to the felony offenses of Driving While Intoxicated and Assault Family Violence-Enhanced and was sentenced to 30 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Shernon Madison Coleman pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to 25 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Coleman, pled guilty to the felony offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 20 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Gerald Lee Chadwick pled guilty to the felony offense of Assault Against Public Servant and was sentenced to 15 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Virgil Lee Sinclair pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Liticia Reshay Roundtree pled guilty to the felony offense of Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information and was sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Leopoldo Jimenez, Jr. pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Micheal Lee Rawls pled guilty to the felony offenses of Theft over $1500 under $20,000, Criminal Mischief and Forgery and was sentenced to 18 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Morris William Mood, Jr. pled guilty to the felony offense of Tampering with a Witness and was sentenced to 9 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
