District Attorney Micheal Murray reported that several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.

Elias Partida pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to 30 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Ryan Christopher Smith, on probation for the felony offense of Sexual Assault, was adjudicated and sentenced to 15 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Joshua Maldonado pled guilty to the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation and was sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Maldonado pled guilty to the felony offense of Forgery and was sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Ken Lee Williamson pled guilty to the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Bubba Vannoy, on probation for the felony offense of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity, was adjudicated and sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Vannoy pled guilty to the felony offenses of Theft over $1,500 under $20,000 and Theft of a Firearm and was sentenced to 12 Months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.  Also, Vannoy, on probation for the felony offense of Burglary of a Building, was adjudicated and sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Cory Lyon, on probation for the felony offense of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity, was adjudicated and sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.    Further Lyon, on probation for the felony offense of Burglary of a Building, was adjudicated and sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Stephen Michael Temple pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 22 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Dennis Dwayne Bradley pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

James Edward Ponton pled guilty to the felony offense of Theft over $1500 under $20,000 and was sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Tammy Mc-Crum Long, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was revoked and sentenced to 8 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Michael Keith Hickerson, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was revoked and sentenced to 8 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Daniel Braswell Hill, on probation for three separate felony offenses of Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle was revoked and sentenced to 6 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division in each case.
