John Franklin Walker, Jr. pled guilty to the felony offense of Prohibited Substances in a Correctional Facility and was sentenced to 25 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further Walker pled guilty to the felony offenses of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon and Retaliation and was sentenced to 15 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Charles Bennie pled guilty to the felony offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 17 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Roel Garza pled guilty to the two separate felony offenses of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon and was sentenced to 15 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Ann Marie Wilder pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession or Transport of Certain Chemical with Intent to Manufacture Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 7 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
