District Attorney Micheal Murray reported that several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.

Glen Allen Davis pled guilty to the felony offense of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity and was sentenced to Twenty (20) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Steven Jay Polaski pled no contest to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to Ten (10) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Deleah Bivins Perez pled guilty to the felony offense of Prohibited Substances and Items in a Correctional Facility and was sentenced to Five (5) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Jeremy William Lumpkins pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to Four (4) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Brandon Dale French pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to Two (2) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
