District Attorney Micheal Murray reported two felony cases were heard recently in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.
Gerald Rutherford Holloway, III pled guilty to the felony offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 30 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further Holloway pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
Edward Rodriguez pled guilty to the felony offense of Intoxication Assault and Driving While Intoxicated and was sentenced to 8 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division in each case.
