District Attorney Micheal Murray reports that several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.

Monte Ray Beauchamp pled guilty to the felony offense of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Antonio Killinger pled guilty to the felony offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Terry Blaine Bessent pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Bessent, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance was adjudicated and sentenced to 15 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

 

Benjamin Wilson pled no contest to the felony offense of Assault on a Public Servant and was sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Joshua Dewayne Snyder, on probation for the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation, was adjudicated and sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Snyder, on probation for the felony offense of Theft over $1500 under $20,000, was adjudicated and sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Colin David Matthews pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to 6 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
