Vernon Sanders pled guilty to the felony offense of Theft-Enhanced and was sentenced to 8 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Jackie Lee Byrd pled guilty to the felony offense of Evading Arrest and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Brian Thomas pled guilty to the state jail felony offenses of Criminal Mischief and Unauthorized Use of Vehicle and was sentenced to 10 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division in each case.Daniel Luis Hernandez pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 20 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
