Warren James Bellinger, Jr., pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 25 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Bellinger pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Emilio Gonzales Torres, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was adjudicated and sentenced to 15 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
