Kevin Ray Allen pled guilty to the felony offenses of Delivery of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone and Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver – Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 30 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Tara Lynn Hoffman pled no contest to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 25 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division

Justin Hanks, on probation for the felony offense of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity: Delivery of a Controlled Substance over 400 grams was revoked and sentenced to 22 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Thomas Roy Holland pled guilty to the felony offense of Evading Arrest and was sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Holland, pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to 18 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Troy Dean Glaeske pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Bobby Wayne Michalski, Jr. pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Regina Kay Browning pled no contest to the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 9 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
