Eric Tipton pled guilty to Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child and was sentenced to 40 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Nathan Elmer Weverka pled guilty to the felony offense of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender and was sentenced to 25 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Joe Wayne Bastardo pled guilty to the felony offense of Tampering with Witness and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Joe Matthew Duncan, on probation for the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation, was adjudicated and sentenced to 8 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
