District Attorney Micheal Murray reports that several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.
Russell Wayne Schwartz pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to 12 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Joseph Ryan Womack pled guilty to two separate felony offenses of Delivery of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 15 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Eustaquio Gonzales pled guilty to the felony offense of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Chelsea Rene Mallone pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver – Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.Jeanna Ellen Hopkins pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further Hopkins pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Wendy Ann Holster pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice. Further Holster pled guilty to the state jail felony offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Endangering a Child and was sentenced to 8 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
Virginia Greene pled no contest to the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 18 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
