Buddy Eugene Allgood pled guilty to the felony offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 25 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Allgood pled guilty to the felony offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Lillian Esther Mann Baker pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Jacob Gomez, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was adjudicated and sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Gomez pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 18 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
