District Attorney Micheal Murray reports that several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.
James Edward Flowers, Jr. pled no contest to the felony offenses of Assault Family Violence-Occlusion and Tampering with Witness and was sentenced to 25 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Flowers pled no contest to the felony offense of Unauthorized Use of Vehicle and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Jerry Allen pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Karen Bailey Aycox pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Robert Lee Danner pled guilty to two separate felony offenses of Driving While Intoxicated and was sentenced to 7 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division in each case.
Robert Edward Gabhart pled guilty to the felony offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 24 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
