Daniel Herrera, Jr., pled guilty to two separate felony offenses of Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 30 Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division in each case. Further, Herrera, on probation for the felony offense of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity-Forgery was revoked and sentenced to 2 Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Also Herrera, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a controlled Substance was revoked and sentenced to 6 Months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
Charles Henry Hull pled guilty to the felony offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence and was sentenced to 18 Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further Hull pled guilty to the felony offenses of Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle, Criminal Mischief and Burglary of a Building and was sentenced to 10 Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
