District Attorney Micheal Murray reports that several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.

Daniel Herrera, Jr., pled guilty to two separate felony offenses of Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 30 Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division in each case.  Further, Herrera, on probation for the felony offense of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity-Forgery was revoked and sentenced to 2 Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Also Herrera, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a controlled Substance was revoked and sentenced to 6 Months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Charles Henry Hull pled guilty to the felony offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence and was sentenced to 18 Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further Hull pled guilty to the felony offenses of Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle, Criminal Mischief and Burglary of a Building and was sentenced to 10 Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Alicia Evonne Cockroft pled guilty to the felony offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 18 Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Cockroft pled guilty to the felony offense of Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle and was sentenced to 8 Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Robert Dale Woodworth pled guilty to the felony offense of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and was sentenced to 12 Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Woodworth pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of Marijuana and was sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Maribel Mascorro pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to 12 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Mascorro, on probation for the felony offense of Forgery, was adjudicated and sentenced to 20 Months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Rae Lynn Marcee Lee pled guilty to the felony offense of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity and was sentenced to 10 Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Becky Glasscock pled guilty to the felony offense of Engaging in Organized Criminal activity and was sentenced to 5 Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Chase Arron Nichols, on probation for the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation, was adjudicated and sentenced to 5 Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Phillip Michael Ramirez, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was adjudicated and sentenced to 4 Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Lyndi Rachael Locker, on probation for the felony offense of Fraud, was revoked and sentenced to 3 Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Locker, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance was revoked and sentenced to 6 Months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Morris William Mood, Jr., pled guilty to the felony offense of Tampering with a Witness and was sentenced to 2 Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Malcolm Gage Deaver, on probation for the felony offense of Criminal Mischief was revoked and sentenced to 15 Months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Constance Fenton-Sawyer, on probation for the felony offense of Forgery was adjudicated and sentenced to 12 Months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Jess Harding Williamson pled guilty to the felony offense of Theft of a Firearm and was sentenced to 12 Months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Troy Dean Glaeske pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 12 Months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
