District Attorney Micheal Murray reports that several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.
Brady Ryan Perkins pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 15 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Perkins pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Jessica Elizabeth Parsons pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Tommy Joe Pierce pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Kenneth Baker pled guilty to the felony offense of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity and was sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.Kimberly Dawn Hollon pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse and was sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
