Henry Barton Parsons pled guilty to the felony offense of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon and was sentenced to 15 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Parsons pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 24 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

David Miller pled guilty to the felony offenses of Indecency with a Child and Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division in each case.

Dave Lee Barrow pled guilty to the felony offense of Robbery and was sentenced to 8 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Jerry Contreras, Jr., pled guilty to the felony offense of Robbery and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Contreras pled guilty to the felony offenses of Assault Against Public Servant and Possession of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Matthew Alexander Warren, on probation for the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated, was revoked and sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

William Wayne Lewis, Jr., on probation for the felony offenses of Possession of Marijuana-Drug Free Zone and Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone, was revoked and sentenced to 5 years Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Kevin Salazar pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Ryan Joseph Corl, pled guilty to the felony offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further Corl, on probation for the felony offense of Burglary of a Building, was adjudicated and sentenced to 18 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Anita Marie Valdez, on probation for the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated, was revoked and sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Rhonda Renee Howell, on probation for the felony offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone, was revoked and sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Howell pled guilty to the felony offense of Delivery of a Dangerous Drug and was sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Juan Gonzales Robles, Jr. pled no contest to the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation and was sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Barbara Kay Benson, on probation for the felony offense of Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse, was adjudicated and sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Katherine Leeann Edwards, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was adjudicated and sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Alejandro Moncava pled guilty to the felony offense of Theft under $20,000 and was sentenced to 7 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
