District Attorney Michael Murray reported that several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.
Melissa Kay Marshall pled guilty to the felony offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 25 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Carl Lee Tomlinson pled guilty to the offenses of Possession of Marijuana-Drug Free Zone and Possession of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division in each case.
Juan Carlos DeLeon pled guilty to the felony offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
