District Attorney, Micheal Murray reports that several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.
Brandon Allen Fitzgerald, on probation for felony offense of Aggravated Kidnapping – Deadly Weapon, was adjudicated and sentenced to 12 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Mark Anthony Rivera pled guilty to two separate felony offenses of Burglary of a Habitation and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division in each case.
Angelica Hortencia Alvarez, on probation for felony offense of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity, was adjudicated and sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Donnie Walters, on probation for the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation, was revoked and sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
