District Attorney Micheal Murray reports that a felony case was recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.
Jerrod Scott Cyr pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to 30 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Further, Cyr pled guilty to the felony offenses of Burglary of a habitation and Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to 20 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.Further, Cyr pled guilty to two separate felony offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence, Burglary of a Building, Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle and Unlawful Possession of Firearm By Felon and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division in each case to run concurrently.
