Three lucky students earned prizes at the fear factor style scavenger hunt during the 2nd annual Christmas Under the Stars Festival.
The scavenger hunt was held on Saturday, December 4th and led participates from grades 7th through 12th on a hunt for specific items around Howard Payne campus. They then participated in a series of challenges that included eating cooked cow tongue, pig intestines, raw egg, and pickled pig’s feet to name a few.
Three teens won prizes for their efforts including a new Apple iPad donated by Wal-Mart for first place. The event was organized and sponsored by Down to Earth Spa and the Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce.
