Family Services Center Receives Christmas Meal Boxes for Local Families

The Brown County 4-H along with the National Wild Turkey Federation donated 25 Christmas Meals for Local Families through the Family Services Center.  The National Wild Turkey Federation supplied 25 frozen turkeys and the 4-H members collected “all the fixings” to go with it, such as sides and cake mixes, etc.

Family Services Center expressed their appreciation to the kids, “These families are proud and it is hard for them to ask for help”.  The 4-H members were encouraged to remember that they “have made a difference in our community”.
