Ethel Marie Ellis, age 58, of Brownwood passed away Saturday, June 8, 2013.
Graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 12, 2013 at Greenleaf Cemetery, visitation will be from 2-3 p.m. at Blaylock Funeral Home before the service. Arrangements are under the direction of Blaylock Funeral Home.
Ethel was born to Wylie and Anna Marie (Barker) Holland on December 10, 1955 in Brownwood. She was a Christian. Ethel was a loving mother, grandmother, and recently became a great-grandmother. Her hobbies were fishing and painting.
She leaves behind daughter Kathy Ballard and husband Recce Barnett of Coleman; son Jesse Ellis and wife Veronica of Brownwood; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two sisters Donna Witt of Brownwood and Carolyn Holland of Lufkin.Ethel is preceded in death by her parents, a grandchild, and one brother.
