An inmate who walked away from the Brown County Jail over two years ago is back in that same jail.
Mark Edward Rhoads escaped from custody in June of 2009. He was captured in Lawton, OK three days later after wrecking a stolen car.
He was in jail there until being extradited back to Brown County Thursday.
When he escaped, Rhoads had been in the Brown County Jail on charges of burglary and larceny.
