Erik Ray “Ozzy” Deeds, age 22, of Brownwood, died Monday afternoon at the Brownwood Regional Medical Center following a lengthy illness.
Services will be held at 2 PM Friday in the Heartland Funeral Home Chapel with cremation to follow. Visitation will be held from 8 AM Friday until service time.
He was born October 21, 1990 in Brownwood and attended Brownwood schools. He was a member of the Austin Ave. Church of Christ. Erick was a big wrestling fan and he especially was a fan of Ozzy Osbourne. Even though he struggled in life with muscular dystrophy, he left a huge mark on those he loved and will be missed greatly.
He is survived by his grandparents who raised him, John and Helen Deeds of Brownwood

He was preceded in death by his aunt, Joy Simcox, cousin , Steve Cole, cousin, Natasha Deeds and his great grandmother – Bertha Deeds.
