Sue went to school in Blanket, Texas and after graduating she attended Daniel Baker College; she had a passion for art and oil paintings. Sue worked for Southern Savings and Loan for many years. Sue retired from MHMR after 32 years.

Sue could light up a room with her beautiful smile and her laughter was infectious; she will be missed by us all. Sue was a wonderful, wonderful lady who left memories in all our hearts. We love you Moma, Memaw, Mam-may.

Sue is survived by a daughter; Kathi and husband Tony Elliott of Bangs; 3 grandsons, Sky Brewer, Adam Chesser, and Quinton Elliott; 1 granddaughter, Misti Alva and 2 great-grandchildren, Hatchett and Katana Brewer of Brownwood. Sue is also survived by 4 step-daughters; Brenda Elliott, Sheri Berslin, Renee Brennan, and Bunny Baker; 2 step-sons; Michael Brennan and Bruce Hackney; 10 step-grandchildren and 9 step-great grandchildren; also many nieces and nephews who loved her dearly, and her many, many friends.

Sue is preceded in death by her parents; Robert and Lurley Reven, her husband Jim Reven, a son Steve Chesser, 2 sisters and 1 brother.
