Elizabeth was born on May 01, 1930 in Chicago, Illinois to Charley and Lucille (Miller) Smith.
She married Kenneth Powell on October 01, 1949 in Chicago, Illinois; she was a loving mother, wife and grandmother and a member of First Baptist Church in Bangs. Elizabeth also enjoyed Quilting, and Reading.
Survivors include her 6 children; 3 sons, Steve Powell and wife Shelia of Azle, TX, Donald Powell and wife Barbara of Bangs, David Powell and wife Mary of Bangs; 3 daughters, Linda Ramsey and husband Donnie of Dublin, TX, Lorlene Ward and husband Ronnie of Dublin, TX, Barbara Smith and husband Jimmy of Brownwood. Also, 4 brothers; Fred Smith of San Diego, CA, Howard Smith, Jerry Smith, and Don Smith all of Chicago, IL. And 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
