District Attorney, Micheal Murray says that several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis, presiding.

  • Wayland Doyle Hood, pled guilty to the felony offense of Prohibited Substances in a Correctional Facility and was sentenced to Fifteen (15) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Patrick Clintall Thompson, pled guilty to the felony offenses of Delivery of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to Ten (10) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Stephen Cort Barbaree, pled guilty to eight felony counts of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity and was sentenced to Ten (10) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Ray Reyes Ynostrosa, pled guilty to the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated and was sentenced to Nine (9) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Justin Lee Goodman, on probation for the felony offense of Sexual Assault of a Child was adjudicated and sentenced to Seven (7) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Johnny Jose Diaz, on probation for the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation and was adjudicated and sentenced to Six (6) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Shawnequa Lynne Lewis, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver – Drug Free Zone was adjudicated and sentenced to Eight (8) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Stacy Leen Hull, pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to Five (5) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Rickey Dean Weber, on probation for the felony offense of Indecency with a Child was adjudicated and sentenced to Five (5) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Valerie Rose Perez, pled no contest to the felony offenses of Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution and Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence and was sentenced to Five (5) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Perez, also pled no contest to the felony offenses of Possession of Marihuana, Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and Abandoning or Endangering a Child and was sentenced to One (1) Year, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

  • Lance Lynn Robertson, on probation for the felony offense of Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence was adjudicated and sentenced to Four (4) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Timothy James Ingram, pled guilty to two felony counts of Failure to Comply with Other Requirements and was sentenced to Three (3) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Jerry Lee Satterfield, pled guilty to the felony offense of Injury to a Child and was sentenced to Two (2) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
