Sixteen students from Early High School Band auditioned for a spot in the 2015 Region 7 ATSSB All-Region Bands on Saturday, December 6th, 2014. There are three bands in which students can place. Honors Band, (highest), Symphonic Band, and Concert Band.
Three EHS students qualified for the bands. They are pictured above: Keith Meeks, Concert Band, Bass Clarinet (left); Crystal Ochoa, 2nd Chair Symphonic Band, Trombone (center); and Brad Brown, 3rd Chair Symphonic Band, Euphonium (right).Brown and Ochoa have also qualified for the Area audition round to be held January 10, 2015 at Waco-Robinson High School. There they will compete for the chance to be named to the ATSSB All State Bands.
