Luke Edwin Russell died unexpectedly on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 as a result of an auto accident.
Edwin was born in Brownwood to Luke and Annie (Davis) Russell on September 24, 1954. He is survived by a son, John Thomas Pratt and his two cousins Barbara and Beverly, whom he loved, cherished and addressed as sisters.
Edwin was a lifelong resident of Winchell. He was a jack of all trades and master of many. He could fix anything!
Edwin will be sorrowfully missed by all those who knew and loved him. He is best remembered as a friend to all. No one had a bigger heart than Edwin.
Per Edwin’s request, he will be cremated. Family and friends will gather at the Winchell Volunteer Fire Department on Monday, March 26, at 4:30 PM to celebrate his life.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Edwin’s name to the Winchell Volunteer Fire Department.
