EastChristmas2013

East Elementary students took the stage at the Dorothy McIntosh Fine Arts Center Auditorium on Monday, December 9th, to perform in their annual Christmas program.  The event, directed by music teacher, Brian Potter, included performances of Christmas Don’t Be Later and We Wish You a Merry Christmas by the 1st Grade, Must Be Santa and Jingle Bell Rock, by the 2nd grade, and Sleigh Ride and We Three Kings, by the 3rd grade.  Following the individual grade performances, all the classes joined together to sing North Pole Rock’n’Roll.

“The students have worked very hard to make this a great performance,” said Potter.  East Elementary parents, families, and faculty and staff filled the auditorium for the program that concluded with the audience participating in the singing of the Christmas carols, Joy to the World and Silent Night.
