September 3rd

  • 7:05 a.m. Agency assist – BCSO – deliver emergency message
  • 12:25 p.m. Loose Livestock – Longhorn-Early Boulevard – owner located

September 2nd

  • 12:05 p.m. Domestic Disturbance – 130 Sudderth Drive – Early PD Officer responded to an apartment complex regarding yelling and screaming coming from an apartment. According to reports, when the officer arrived yelling and screaming could still be heard as well as a child crying inside the apartment. Once the officer made contact with the occupants a female, identified in the report as Quini Jones, refused to comply with officers’ orders to stay in the living room with them. The officer went to restrain Jones when she began to walk away and Jones then swung at the officer attempting to strike her. The officer then restrained Jones by handcuffing her during the struggle. The officer was told Jones was the aggressor during the disturbance and had assaulted a male by hitting him. Jones was then being escorted to the Patrol car when Jones began struggling again on the stairway. Jones attempted to cause both her and the officer to fall but the officer was able to continue to restrain Jones. The officer received minor injuries during the struggle and was treated at the Brownwood Regional ER. Jones was arrested and booked into the Brown County jail for Assault Causing Bodily Injury/Family Violence, Resisting Arrest and Assault on a Public Servant.
  • 5:25 p.m. Reckless Driver – Hwy 183 south. Suburban weaving on highway. Vehicle was not located.
  • 6:20 p.m. Animal running loose – 200 block of Hilcrest Drive – owner located
  • 6:55 p.m. Harassment – 100 block of Canal Street. Caller having problems with husband harassing her. Options provided
  • 7:20 p.m. Suspicious vehicle – 100 block of Early Boulevard – vehicle driving slowly. Two people in vehicle yelling at each other. Vehicle located at Budget inn on Commerce. Brownwood PD checked subjects at a room.

September 1st

  • 6:00 a.m.  Suspicious vehicle – 1100 100 block of Early Boulevard – vehicle with subject inside parked near business. Subject was waiting on friend to meet him and go hunting.
  • 7:40 a.m. Accident – 900 100 block of Early Boulevard – caller does not know how he arrived at convenience store. Doesn’t know where his friend is. Learned subject was in accident during the night. Friend is already at ER. EMS transported caller to ER with Minor injuries.

August 31st

  • 8:10 a.m. Animal at Large – 100 block of Autumn. Dog owner located, dog put up. Dog owner, identified as Walter Gale Allen Jr., was wanted for 3 county warrants. Allen placed under arrest for outstanding warrants
  • 8:30 a.m. Scam – 100 block of McDonald Dr. IRS scam. Caller did not loose money or provide information
  • 9:43 a.m. Civil Matter – 1000 block of Early Boulevard – options provided
  • 11:50 a.m. Theft – 500 block of Early Boulevard – caller reported show lamb stolen from back of pickup. Lamb located running loose on Lucus Dr. returned to owner
  • 12:20 p.m. Agency assist-BCSO – missing person, 91 year old man. Man located
  • 1:30 p.m. Illegal Dumping – 400 block of Early Boulevard – caller stated someone is using their dumpster.
  • 7:20 p.m. Theft – 200 block of Sunnydale – caller stated someone stolen some jewelry.
  • 9:50 p.m. Accident – 400 block of Longhorn. Fire/ems responded. One vehicle rollover. Male ran from scene. Driver located short time later arrested for DWI. John Robert Gudramovics arrested and taken to Brown County Jail after obtaining a blood search warrant and getting a blood sample at the ER.

August 30th

  • 5:20 a.m. Animal Complaint / 100 block of Meadow Glen. Dog charging walkers. Owner located and warned of leash law.
  • 12:00 p.m. Traffic stop – 400 block of Early Boulevard – Drivers license check revealed the driver, Jessie Rubi is wanted out of Falls County for probation violation. Subject arrested and taken to Brown Co jail.
  • 1:15 p.m. Drug call – 130 Sudderth. Caller stated 2 people in a room smoking marijuana. Officer made contact with occupants. Area was searched and nothing found.
  • 2:10 p.m. Medical Emergency / 200 block of Live Oak. False call. 3rd party call. No problem
  • 5:10 p.m. Accident / 200 block of Early Boulevard -minor accident, no injuries. Both vehicles pulled off the road.

August 29th

  • 7:00 a.m.  Weapon offense – 200 block Crescent Drive. Caller heard shots fired. Officers searched the area. nothing found
  • 8:30 a.m. Animal Complaint / caller reported a large pitbull. Officers checked the area and nothing found
  • 9:30 a.m.  Suspicious call / agency assist – Salt Creek Drive. Caller reported to BCSO vehicle acting strange. Suspect vehicle located in Early. officers made contact with driver. Cleared with no charges
  • 9:30 p.m. Disorderly conduct / 100 block of Hillcrest. Caller stated his wife’s mother is constantly beating on their door and window. Officer made contact with suspect. Suspect left scene.

August 28th

  • 11:30 p.m. Sexual Assault – Report taken
  • 1:10 p.m.  Civil Matter / 1200 block of CC Woodson. Caller stated person renting motel room was refusing to leave. Officers made contact with subject. The suspect, identified in the report as Andrew Locklear, was allegedly “high on meth.” Methamphetamine was located in the room along with paraphernalia. Locklear was placed under arrest for Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
  • 3:30 p.m. Theft – 700 block of Garmon Dr. Caller reported 2 chainsaws stolen from equipment yard.
  • 6:15 p.m. Unsecure premises – 200 block of Sudderth Dr. caller reported door to residence standing open. No one around the property.
  • 6:35 p.m. DWI Driver – East Highway 377. Caller reported a possible DWI driver with a child passenger. Vehicle description given to officers. Vehicle was not located.
  • 7:10 p.m. Alarm – 100 block of Early Boulevard – building secure
