Monday, December 17                                     

  • Officers responded to a suspicious call at 300 Eastover Dr
  • Early Police were called out to a Theft near the 900 Blk of Early Blvd

Tuesday, December 18                                     

  • EPD provided assistance with an accident near the 900 Blk Early Blvd. involving 2 vehicles. FD/EMS responded. Citation issued to at fault driver
  • Early Police replied to a Reckless Driver near Early Blvd-Salt Creek Dr
  • Early Police were called out to an alarm near the 1000 Blk of Early Blvd
  • Officers responded to a Noise Nuissance at the 600 Blk of Early Blvd

Wednesday, December 19                                    

  • Animal complainant . / 800 Blk Early Blvd. Deer hit by car, still alive
  • Theft / 900 Blk Early Blvd
  • Theft / 100 Blk E River Oaks
  • Fire call / Airport. Agency assist with FD. Plane inbound smoke in cockpit
  • Domestic Disturbance / Early Blvd-Garmon Dr.
  • Alarm / 500 Blk Early Blvd
  • Alarm / 200 Blk Early Blvd
  • A traffic stop on December 19th by Cpl Michelle Sheedy and Officer Chris Gibson resulted in the seizure of a small quantity of THC. Dylan Stanbery of Arlington Texas was arrested in possession of a quantity of THC and drug paraphernalia. Stanbery was arrested and placed in Brown County Jail. 
  • A traffic stop on December 19th by Officer Smoot led to the arrest of Tiara Rosalez for Driving while intoxicated. Rosalez was administered a field sobriety test which she failed. Rosalez was then taken to the BRMC ER for a blood sample and then taken to the Brown County Jail and charged with DWI.

Thursday, December 20                                     

  • Officers responded to a suspicious call in the 200 Blk of Grand View. 
  • Early Police were called out to a Suspicious vehicle in area near the 100 Blk Sudderth. Vehicle driving on 3 flat tires.

Friday, December 21                                     

  • Officers responded to a Juvenile problem in the 1500 Blk Bluebonnet Dr. Agency assist with BCSO
  • Early Police replied to a suspicious vehicle in the 200 Blk of Early Blvd.
  • Early Police called out on a Reckless Driver on CR 292. Vehicle located offense occurred in county. Turned over to SO.

Saturday, December 22                                     

  • EPD provided assistance with an accident on Early Blvd – North Hwy 183. FD/EMS responded. Citation issued to at fault vehicle
  • EPD performed a welfare Check in the 1000 Blk Early Blvd. Reports of children sitting in a ditch.
  • Officers responded to a reckless Driver / 100 Blk Early Blvd.
  • EPD provided assistance with an accident on Hwy 183 S – CR 270. Agency assist with DPS. FD/EMS responded
  • Officers responded to a reckless Driver / Hwy 183 north.
  • Early Police were called out over an unwanted person near the 100 Blk of Northline Drive
  • EPD provided assistance with an accident in the 300 Blk Early of Blvd. minor, no injuries
  • Officers responded to a reckless Driver / east hwy 377.
  • EPD provided assistance with a medical emergency in the 1000 Blk of Early Blvd
  • Officers responded to an accident on Hwy 183 north-Old Comanche Road. FD/EMS responded. Driver injured and was not arrested. Warrant will be issued later.
  • On December 22nd 17-year-old Bryan Turner was arrested for aggravated assault-Family Violence after he had been hitting his grandmother and then began threatening to hit her with a bicycle rim he used for a weapon. Turner was arrested and taken to the Brown County jail
  • On December 22nd officers responded to a 1 vehicle rollover at old Comanche road and Highway 183 north where a vehicle failed to make the curve coming into town. The vehicle rolled several times causing severe damage to the vehicle and trapping the driver inside. The Fire Dept extricated the female driver and she was transported to the Emergency room by Lifeguard EMS. A blood sample was taken from the driver and a warrant will be sought at a later date for DWI.

Sunday, December 23                                     

  • Agency assist with CPS near the 100 Blk Salt Creek Drive. No problems
  • Early Police replied to a Suspicious call in the 100 Blk of Suttee Circle
  • Early Police were called out to a Fire Alarm in the 800 Blk of Early Blvd
  • Officers responded to a report of Theft in the 900 Blk of Early Blvd
  • EPD provided assistance with a Medical Emergency on CR 292
  • Officers responded to a vehicle parked in roadway near the 100 Blk of Early Blvd
  • Early Police replied to a report of outdoor burning near the 100 Blk of Allen Dr.

Monday, December 24                                     

  • Early Police were called out on a Noise complaint near 130 Sudderth
  • Officers responded to an open door located on car on Virginia Ave.
  • Early Police were called out to a Fire call near the 1300 Blk of Eastwind. Oven on fire
  • EPD provided assistance with a Medical Call in the 200 Blk Early BLvd

Tuesday, December 25                                     

  • Early Police were called out to a Civil Matter in the 100 Blk of CR 615
  • Early Police replied to found property on Longhorn Drive. owner located
  • Wednesday, December 26th at 7am officers responded to a hit and run accident at Sonic where a white 4 door pickup struck a parked car in the parking lot. Moments later officers received a report of a major 1 vehicle accident in the 1000 blk of Early BLvd in front of the Fire department. The vehicle was a white 4 door pickup. The driver refused any medical assistance and was provided a field sobriety test. The driver, William David Branson of Arlington was placed under arrest and taken to the BRMC ER for a blood sample and then taken to the Brown County Jail and charged with DWI.
