April is Early I.S.D.’s official transfer student application month for the upcoming 2015-2016 school year.
Texas law provides that students must attend school in the district in which they reside, unless they have requested an annual transfer into another district. Transfer applications should be completed during the designated time set aside for transfer requests. The transfer must be officially approved by the receiving district’s Board of Trustees.
Transfer applications will not be emailed, faxed or mailed to those interested in transferring into EISD. To apply, please go to the superintendent’s office at 101 Turtle Creek, Early, Texas, during the month of April, 2015, between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., Monday – Friday* and complete the application. Applicants will be notified following the School Board’s action on their transfer request.For further information, please contact the Early ISD Superintendent’s office, at 646-7934.
*The entire district will have early dismissal on Friday, April 3rd at 1:00 p.m.
