Early High School freshman Jake Angerstein won top honors at the District 7-3A boys golf championship Friday, April 1st.
Angerstein shot a 75 during the opening round on March 24th at The Hideout at Lake Brownwood and finished with a 72 on Friday at PAR Country Club in Comanche for a 147 composite score.
With this win, Angerstein qualified for the Regional tournament which will be played at Diamondback Golf Club in Abilene April 11th and 12th.
