The Early High School Choral Department presents The Music Man which opens Saturday with some talented performers and great music.

Tickets for the production are $10 in advance and may be purchased at the Early High School main office.  Tickets at the door will cost $12.50.  There are three performances scheduled for the musical which include:

Saturday, Nov. 12 – 8pm
Sunday, Nov. 13 – 2:30pm
Monday, Nov. 14 – 7:30pm

In 1957, The Music Man became a hit on Broadway, winning five Tony Awards, including Best Musical, and ran for 1,375 performances. The cast album won the first Grammy Award for “Best Original Cast Album”. The show’s success led to revivals and a popular 1962 film adaptation and a 2003 television remake. It frequently is produced by both professional and amateur theater companies.
