Early High School’s Key Club and Early Middle School’s Builders Club are welcoming the holiday season by combining forces to help give back to the community and deliver joy during the holiday season.
Members of both clubs have been enthusiastically participating in the Salvation Army’s Red Kettle campaign. Club participants have been stationed outside of Wal-Mart’s entrances, where they collect offered donations from passersby. The students rang the bell and gave warm welcomes to all the shoppers entering and leaving Wal-Mart. Donations received by the Salvation Army benefit the local community.
The club members will be further assisting the Salvation Army on December 19th and 20th, from 12 a.m. until 6 p.m. each day.
EHS Key Club is sponsored by Brittany Dunlap and Betty Molk; EMS Builders Club is sponsored by Kate Testin. Pictured above are club members ringing the bells with a little help.
