2.  Pledge of Allegiance.

3.  Consideration of the minutes of regular meeting held on August 26, 2014.

4.  Citizen’s comments.  (Citizens are invited to speak to the Council on any topic not already on the agenda.  No Council action may be taken on these items.)

5.  Public Hearing – 2014 Tax Rate.

6.  Executive Session in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 551, Texas Government Code:  Personal matters, Section 551.73, conduct annual City Administrator evaluation.

7.  Reconvene into open session and consider action, if any, on item discussed in Executive Session.

8.  Adjourn.
