City of Early Council Meeting – Tuesday, July 9, 2013 – 6 PM

1.   Call to order and invocation.

2.  Pledge of Allegiance.

3.  Consideration of the minutes of regular meeting on June 11, 2013 and workshop on July 2, 2013.

4.  Citizen’s comments (the council invited citizens to speak to the council on any topic not already on the agenda.  No council action may be taken on these items).

5.  Proclamation for 45th Anniversary of the TET Offensive during the Vietnam War.

6.  Consider recommendation of Planning and Zoning Commission concerning approval of additions to Eastlawn Memorial Park.

7.  Consider recommendation of Planning and Zoning Commission concerning Special Use Permit for manufactured home at 117 McDonald Drive and adopt ordinance, if approved.

8.  Consider annexation of approximately 1.504 acres out of the Sophie St. John Survey 21, Abstract 84, at 1800 Early Boulevard.

9.  Consider annexation of 2.32 acres of Ronnie Blasingame’s property on Allen Drive.

10.  Consider recommendation of Planning and Zoning Commission concerning approval of plat for single family dwelling development on 7 lots on Allen Drive.

11.  Consideration of an ordinance amending penalties for noncompliance of City of Early water conservation plan.

12.  Adjourn.
