2. Consider approval for a zone change of 14 lots on Bluebonnet Drive from R-1 to R-1a. By Larry McConn
3. Consider approval of a request to replat lot at 102 Cactus Lane. By Larry McConn
4. Consideration to approve a variance request from Lamar Advertising for repair to billboard located at 1606 Early Blvd. By: Larry Mc Conn
5. Consider approval for requests by Early Economic Development Corporation: (By: Shawn Russell)
i. Funding request of $12,000 to Weakley-Watson Sporting Goods for utilities and internet infrastructure.
ii. Funding request of $23,000 to Weakley-Watson Sporting Goods for site and related improvements.
iii. Sale of 1/2 acre lot, Lot 1, at Industrial Park for $9,500 to Diane Booth for business development.
iv. Amending 2014-2015 Fiscal Year Budget.
6. Consideration of an Ordinance, 2014-05, amending Code of Ordinances Section 17-2, Fingerprinting Services, establishing a price category for additional cards. By: Chief Mercer.

Consider adoption of an Ordinance, 2015-07, authorizing the issuance of City of Early, Texas Combination Tax and Surplus Revenue Certificates of Obligation, Series 2015, in the principal amount of $8,365,000 and awarding the sale of such Certificates of Obligation to the Texas Water Development Board. 10. Consideration of a Resolution, 2015-R05, to certify funding and support for the Transportation Alternative Program nomination form with TXDOT for the application to receive funding for sidewalk construction in selected areas within the city of Early. By Tony Aaron
11. Consider appointing members to Parks and Recreation Board. By: Tony Aaron
12. Consideration to approve 2015 CPI adjustment to Municipal Telecommunications Right-of-Way access line rates. By: Tony Aaron
13. Consider approval of a resolution, 2015-R06, authorizing continued participation with the Steering Committee of cities served by ONCOR, and authorizing payment of 11 cents per capita to fund regulatory and related activities related to ONCOR Electric Company. By Tony Aaron
