The Early Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a three-part class for businesses over the next three months. The course will cover creating a Facebook page for a business, how to promote the page and get “likes” and the impact social media has on a business.
The first of these classes called “Introduction to Social Media” is scheduled for January 16th at the Early Chamber of Commerce. The following classes – “Setting Up Your Facebook Profile” and “How to Set Up a Fan Page” – will each take place the 3rd Wednesday in February and March respectively. This is a hands-on workshop so participants are encouraged to bring an iPad, tablet, laptop or smartphone.
The classes will be presented by Ken S. Davis and will take place from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at the Early Chamber of Commerce, 104 E. Industrial Dr. Cost for each class is $12 and includes a light lunch.
